Our lab has a separate table for collecting samples, keeping our out-patients and in-patients separate. The door slide shut for more privacy if needed. We have an in-house chemistry machine for STAT results on our sickest patients. A variety of kit tests and microscopic examination is also performed here. We use a national lab for full profiles and pathology.
